🛍️ Zunova™ Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Zunova™ accepts returns only for unused, unopened, and original condition products. Items must include original packaging and tags.

Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Damaged Product Procedure

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear images/videos. We will replace or refund after verification.

Wrong Product Procedure

If you receive the wrong item, Zunova™ will arrange a free replacement or refund after confirmation.

Missing Item Procedure

Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Used products, opened packaging, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Once approved, refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation.
